Patriette Dance Team

The Liberty Magnet High Dance Department looks forward to working with talented and positive students who wish to work as a team to represent our school. As ambassadors of our school, dancers are expected to follow all school rules and behave appropriately, maturely and responsibly. As a leader among their peers, dancers will be held to a higher standard to represent the school with a spirit of excellence.

The decision to become a scholar athlete is one that truly maximizes an individual’s high school experience. There are many responsibilities and obligations that must be met as a member of the Dance Department . Academics will be each dancer’s first priority. LMHS dancers should be able to balance schoolwork, a busy dance schedule, as well as personal responsibilities. Dancers must maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher.

Additionally, leadership abilities and a positive character are important qualities that each dancer must possess. The administration and faculty expect dancers to set a positive example for behavior and character, not only in school but also in the community. Whether in uniform or not, a LMHS dancer must exhibit the program’s six (6) pillars of character: Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring, & Citizenship.

Thank you for your interest in the LMHS Dance Program. Please contact Mrs. E. Brown should you have any additional questions at info@allstarartsacademy.org
